A common question I get asked while cleaning a client’s carpet: “how dirty or how bad was it?” To which I always answer, “I’d be glad to show you the water that I recovered when the job is complete, if you’re interested”. You see, the proof is in the pudding, or water in this case. When I’m finished, the dirt that came out of the carpet or upholstery will be in the cleaning machine’s recovery tank.
I created the video below to show exactly what comes out of the carpet after cleaning. On the right side of the video you will see a stream of fresh water the carpet was cleaned with. On the left is the recovered water when the job is done. Note* that this particular carpet was above average on the dirty scale. As you will see, the results are staggering.
